Lecturer : Financial Accounting
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Salary commensurate with qualification and experience at an hourly rate.
Blake Hall College is currently seeking a contract lecturer to provide Accounting lectures on the International Diploma in Business students on Tuesdays.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify school specific needs and use them to help embed solutions
• Plan, design, write and modify training material
• Carry out teaching and associated responsibilities in both practical and theoretical environments
• Explore new ways of teaching and learning and have a strong focus on teamwork, communication and continual improvement
The Individual
• Qualified teacher with at least British Bachelors or equivalent degree, or higher
• Proof of eligibility to teach and reside in the UK
• Practical teaching experience gained within a school/college
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and listening skills;
• Confident trainer and presenter
• Good grasp of current UK educational policy initiatives
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or within a group
• Traceable teaching history
• Sound planning & organisational skills
