ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Age Requirement
Prospective students need to be 20 and older prior to   registration on this programme

2. Academic Qualification Requirement
Assessment of qualifications will be conducted on an individual basis.

Accepted qualifications include:

  • ACP Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies
  • NCC International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies
  • ABE Advanced Diploma in Business Information Systems

3. English Language Requirements
All candidates are required to satisfy a minimum requirement regarding their proficiency in both written and spoken English. This requirement is currently:

  • IELTS - International English Language Testing System with a test score of 7.0 or above
  • TEFL - Test of English as a Foreign Language with a minimum score of 550
  • Equivalent recognized by the University of Greenwich

To complete the final year programme students need to study 120 credits. The project course COMP1108 is a core course which must be taken by all students.

Please note that 15-credit courses are intended to be taught over one semester and assessed at the end of that semester whilst 30-credit courses are taught and assessed over two semesters.

To continue onto the BSc (Hons) Computing, Blake Hall College students have the option of following the next path:

YEAR 1: International Diploma in Computer Studies (NCC)

YEAR 2: Advanced Diploma in Computer Science (ACP)

YEAR 3: BSc (Hons) Computing (University of Greenwich)
